How do I get started with a bathroom or kitchen renovation in Glen Iris?
The first step is to schedule a free consultation with us. This can be done virtually or at our Burwood showroom, whichever is most convenient for you. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, needs, and budget to clearly understand your kitchen renovation or bathroom renovation in Glen Iris and bring your vision to life. Our dedicated team will also present you with various design options and inspiration to help you find the ideal style for your Glen Iris kitchen or bathroom renovation.
We believe your bathroom and kitchen in Glen Iris should reflect your unique style and functionality needs. Our experienced designers will collaborate closely with you to understand your vision and preferences for your renovation. With a custom design that perfectly suits your taste, you’ll have a space that meets your everyday needs.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom renovation typically cost?
The cost of your renovation will depend on several factors, such as the size and scope of the project, the materials you choose, and the finishes you select. However, during the free consultation, we’ll provide you with a transparent and competitive estimation tailored to your specific needs and budget for your kitchen or bathroom renovation in Glen Iris.
We understand that renovations can be an investment, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
How long does a bathroom renovation take in Glen Iris?
Most bathroom renovations take around 5–8 weeks from demolition to completion, depending on scope. We’ll give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated at every stage, so you always know what to expect.
Do permit requirements differ depending on which side of Gardiners Creek my home is on?
They can. Glen Iris sits across both the Boroondara and Stonnington council areas, and requirements vary between them. We’re familiar with both, and we’ll manage the correct permit process for your specific property.
Can you design a kitchen that suits a California bungalow or Art Deco home?
Absolutely. We regularly renovate kitchens in period homes across Glen Iris, balancing original details like timber joinery and geometric facades with modern layouts, storage, and appliances that suit how you live and cook today.
Do you provide full project management for kitchen and bathroom renovations in Glen Iris?
Yes. Our team manages design, approvals, demolition, trades, and installation in-house, so you’re not left coordinating separate contractors. You’ll have one main point of contact from the first sketch through to the final walkthrough.
Can I stay living in my home during the renovation?
In most cases, yes. We plan the work to minimise disruption to your daily routine, and for larger renovations, we’ll walk you through what to expect at each stage and how to prepare.
