1. General

a. Information on how to apply for a referral forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

b. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the gift card.

c. Participation in the Mint Kitchen Group $500 Referral Gift Card Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

a. Referees must be an Australian resident over the age of 18.

b. Referees must not be employees of Mint Kitchen Group.

c. The new clients referred must have a signed contract value greater than $25,000.00 with Mint Kitchen Group.

d. This offer is only valid where the referred clients’ first contact with Mint Kitchen Group is after 26th August 2020.

e. Mint Kitchen Group takes no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by the purchaser.

f. The referee must be named at the first visit to one of the Mint Kitchen Group showrooms by the purchaser, subsequent claims will not be entered into.

g. The referee must agree that they are the actual referrer.

h. For the purposes of this document referee & referrer mean:- the person making the referral about Mint Kitchen Group to the referred person.

3. The Gift Card

a. The $500 (inc gst) gift card is issued in Australian dollars.

b. The $500 Gift card is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

c. Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

d. The recipient will be notified by phone & via email within 5 business days of the contract being signed that they are eligible for the gift card.

e. The $500 gift card will not be issued to the referee until the purchaser’s contract is paid in full.

f. Mint Kitchen Group takes no responsibility for loss of gift card whether by the loss is as result of postage or person misplacing and/or losing it.

4. Privacy and Promotion

a. All entries will be automatically opted in to marketing communications from Mint Kitchen Group.

b. Mint Kitchen Group are committed to maintaining the privacy of all customers and will not sell or share personal information with any third parties outside of this promotion.

c. Mint Kitchen Group reserves the right to change or modify the $500 Gift Card promotion at any time.
